Badme and Alitena are " mender " while Zalambesa and Tserona are "ketema"as far as we now.


So Meles is telling us that  "we are not saying that we will take Badme and give Alitena, or we are not saying that we will take Tserona and give Zalambesa". I cant see it in other way.
