meles made good decision because if war starts again there will not be tigray or n.ethiopia any more.even in the 1st one eventhough ethiopians try to hide it the suffered a lot of human thou they controlled land. land control doesnot mean didnt loose casuality.

If the decision is good or bad, only the people of ethiopia has a mandate to say it. There are a lot of people who are not represented by EPDRF, so the decsion didnt seem good
