Farmers say that the farmers' problem must be attacked from its roots, i. e., the anti - farmer agricultural policy of the government. This policy must be dismantaled and revised. The farmers call for an urjent countermeasure plan which includes:

1) Make a special plan for the poor farmers;

2) Write off the debt which is impossible to repay;

Expand the amount of agricultural loans and change the structure of the agricultural monetary system;

At present, the farmers' organisations assert their right to conduct a boycott of payments if the government does not fulfill the immediate demand to write off the debts which farmers are unable to pay.
