Does the UN wel come is like what Ethiopian PM Meles exepected? absoulitly not, the UN  has appriciat the new 5 points peace proposal which given by PM Meles last month. As all we know the Secretary- General as a responsbly chief he have to support what ever resolution which is comming from both sides Ethiopia and Eritrea. As he said he is welcomed to any step which contribute to full implementation of the 2000 Algers agremment.here is his words
