      Does the UN wel come is like what Ethiopian PM Meles expected? Absolutely not, the UN has appreciate the new 5 points peace proposal which given by PM Meles last month. As all we know the Secretary- General as a responsibly chief he have to support what ever resolution which is coming from both sides Ethiopia and Eritrea. As he said he is welcomed to any step which contribute to full implementation of the 2000 Algers agreement. Here is his word."The Secretary-General welcomes any step which may contribute to full implementation of the 2000 Algiers Agreements and the subsequent decision of the Boundary Commission, to the initiation of dialogue between Ethiopia and Eritrea, as well as to the restoration of normal relations between these two neighbouring countries.  Such relations could contribute in a major way to economic and social development in both countries, as well as to that of the whole region".

      As we figured out from his short texted decision, he did not bring any resolution, of course he said what he had to say as a Neutral and responsible leader. But even the UN have the same stand to put pressure to full implementation of the Algers agreement, that means PM Meles has no any chance to gamble with the tactical and magical words any more. The US has been reserved from any comment about the 5 points of the peace proposal and on the last days the US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Donald Yamamoto gave the position of the US still unchanged. that means he is still supporting the Algers peace accord.

       As an Ethiopian, I recommended to all Ethiopians we have to put pressure to the Meles regime and to Implement of the decision what he signed four years ago. May be some of you are not agree with my recommendation may be it can be because of luck of Knowledge or your own kind characters. We won the war but we defeated in law. The situation of war can changed dramatically and it is depend of you and your readiness to pay expensive live and wealth, but defeat in law is not easy like a war. The only chance we have Ethiopians we have to accept and give away the small areas and fight against the Meles regime to build a National Government.

       One day Meles will run away like what Col.Mengstu did . Col.Mengstu used to say he is going to fight until the last bullet and the last man. the last bullet would be use to the last man like atesye Tedros. it is jockey. Meles was doing the great success to tigray during the past 14 years and already he can create  The Great stat of Tigray soon. He wants just five years more on the coming election and to do all his best and more to Tigray. He knows well if he lost a power in Addis in the coming election he has not enough time to do his old dreams. He wants to use the opportunities of the Ethiopian constitution to give independence of Tigray. At the same time he is not going to give a power to Amaras or to other strong Opposition parties as well. As my opinion he will transfer the power to the OLF. Because The Oromo don `t care about Tigray and other regions of Ethiopia, they are just interesting about The land of Oromia. If our Opposition parties are smart and worried they have to demand and die to change the Federal rules in Ethiopia and as fast as possible they have to work hard to change some paragraphs of the Ethiopian constitution, which can give illegal independence of some provinces.
