Meles as a leader of EPRDF and PM of Ethiopia has been doing countless positive contributions to the Ethiopian society.

1) Free press: the right to express your views and ideas: Remember people were killed in previous era simply because they listend to other opposition party radios

2) Political organization: The freedom to be part of or form a political party. Remember people were killed during previous regims simply because they were walking in group of two or five.

3) Use your own language: Remember people were ashmed of to speak their own language during the Amaharization era. Even they were changing their names to make it more amhara.

4) Self administration: You previously the people were forced to be managed by some one who doesn't understand their language, culture, and even religion for most of the governors were the amharas. So the peope were forced to communicate in different language regardless of their fluency.

5) Ethinc equality: You know during the era of amharization only the amhara were at the top of list ethinicity. Every one must be an amhara to assume good government or public office. The others were treated as sub-human. One example by Menilik : "sew atgedel galam bihon" Don't kill a man even if they are galas. This shows in the eyes of Menilik, or for that matter in the eyes of the amharas the galas were not human being.

6) Good attention to education: You know Ethiopias Universities have doubled during Meles's era

7) Shrewd diplomacy: Thanks to his wise and intelligent skills Ethiopia is enjoying excellent foreign relations, with almost any nation of the Globe save our little country. As a result Ethiopia is enjoying massive debt cancellation and billions of aids
